Nearly but not quite
I used this product a few times, it gets rid of the stains ok, but there is a slight discolouration in the material afterwards.

A specially developed clear coating designed to bond smoke, dust, pollen or other fine particles to metal, wood or other surface types when complete removal is impractical. Can be brushed, sprayed or fogged. Water based polymer, solvent free. Guaranteed to form a permanent bond, bonding particulate matter to duct surface. Offers mild deodorisation and knocks down airborne particulates. Effectively and permanently seals in smoke odour in roof timber areas.

Dilute 1 part to 4 parts water.
Can be mixed with a 2% solution of Smoke & Odour Neutraliser to give additional odour control capability
